We offer a FREE returns service via our courier service providers. Returns are only accepted by us on receipt of email outlining damage to goods (via courier) items not ordered by you (but sent to you, and paid for by you). Emails relating to returns must be received by us on the same day of delivery to you.

As soon as your returns are received by our warehouse team, we’ll email to inform you and monies for damage goods or goods not ordered by you will be returned to your bank account within 7 days.
